The Westchester-Rockland Guardians Association, Inc. — a long-standing organization dedicated to strengthening relationships between law enforcement and the community while supporting minority officers and youth through mentorship and scholarship programs — has announced its 2026 Installation & Scholarship Dinner Dance. The elegant gala will take place on Saturday, March 21 at 7:00 PM at the Greentree Country Club in New Rochelle, NY.
This annual event celebrates the enduring partnership between law enforcement and the communities of Westchester and Rockland counties while raising funds to support future leaders through scholarships. Attendees will enjoy a cocktail hour beginning at 7:00 PM, dinner, dancing, and opportunities to connect with community members, leaders, and law enforcement professionals.
Honoring Distinguished Service
At this year’s dinner dance, the Guardians will pay tribute to two distinguished law enforcement professionals: New York State Police Major Treneé D. Young and White Plains Police Officer Jasmine Albert. Major Young recently made history as the first African American woman promoted to the rank of Major in the New York State Police, where she serves in a leadership role overseeing major operations and community efforts.
Officer Jasmine Albert’s selection as an honoree reflects her commitment to public safety and service within the White Plains community. Together, these honorees exemplify excellence, leadership, and dedication to public service — values at the heart of the Guardians’ mission.
